Wise men learn from their mistakes
It's never too late to change something that doesn't convince you. Those words should be tattooed in the mind of any writer. It is not easy to admit that your novel is not as good as it should be, it demands a huge level of self-criticism, but it has its reward. With the publication of "The Factory of Gods", I knew from the beginning that the cover had big design flaws. It's not that I didn't want to fix them, just the time and emotional investment was too huge. To start over from scratch felt like a defeat. I've been thinking about it for a while, as I move on to the next volume, it's clear to me that the cover needs to be redesigned. Maybe I'll consult a design expert, maybe I'll try my own again, but what is sure is that it's time to rectify and get back to work. It is never too late to rectify.
